These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the popi99 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing popi99, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where access is not prohibited by local law.
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed instantly or within minutes.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Terms for each promotion are published in full before any claim is made. popi99 reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers.

Access to and use of popi99 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening, operating, or using multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. popi99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
popi99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time the Operator considers it necessary to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe notified by popi99 may result in Account restrictions or suspension pending verification.
Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. popi99 employs age verification controls and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. If the Operator discovers that a minor has gained access, all funds associated with that Account will be forfeited and the Account will be permanently closed.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the popi99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. popi99 may require KYC completion before processing any withdrawal.
popi99 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Operator reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds are connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct. Users are required to cooperate fully with any related investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by popi99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account:
Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a shorter period is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry of this period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. The standard contribution rates are:
popi99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, multiple accounts claiming the same offer, and structured betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play will be considered abuse. The Operator reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel winnings derived from them, and suspend the associated Account.
popi99 reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a User has already claimed a bonus and is actively meeting its wagering requirement, the Operator will honour the terms under which the bonus was originally claimed.
popi99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where the Operator suspects an error in the odds displayed, where a market has been suspended, or where the User's account is under review. A bet is only confirmed once an explicit confirmation message has been displayed to the User.
In the event that odds, paylines, or game results are displayed or recorded due to a technical error, system malfunction, or human error, popi99 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the applicable stakes to the User's Balance. The Operator's decision in such matters is final.
Football betting markets on popi99 include Asian handicap (locally known as voor bola — the handicap line applied to equalize perceived team strength) and mix parlay (accumulator) betting, where multiple selections are combined into a single wager for enhanced returns. All individual legs of a mix parlay must win for the bet to pay out. Specific rules governing void legs, postponed events, and partial cashout are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time by popi99 without prior notice, including during goal events, red cards, injury stoppages, and technical interruptions. Any bets placed on a suspended market will be voided and the stake returned.
Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on popi99 are determined by the official draw results from the relevant issuing authority (Singapore Pools for SGP draws, HKJC for HK draws, and the respective authority for Sydney and Macau). popi99 does not influence draw outcomes. Any dispute regarding a togel result must be raised with the support team within 24 hours of the result being published.
All slot games, virtual table games, and number-draw games offered on popi99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure provably fair and statistically random outcomes.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on popi99 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
All content on the popi99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, graphics, software code, text, odds data, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any licence to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any element of the platform's content without the prior written consent of the Operator.
Game titles and associated assets from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by popi99 under valid content licensing agreements.
The collection, use, and storage of personal data submitted by Users to popi99 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
popi99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform transactions and data transmissions. Personal data is never sold to, or shared with, unauthorised third parties.
popi99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, server interruptions, third-party network failures, or force majeure events.
Betting and gaming involve financial risk. popi99 is not responsible for any monetary losses incurred by a User as a result of placing wagers on the platform. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
popi99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether or not the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
popi99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the popi99 support team. Upon receipt of such a request, the Operator will process any pending real-money Balance withdrawal and close the Account within five (5) business days. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — take effect immediately upon confirmation.
Upon Account closure for any reason, all Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited. Any outstanding real-money Balance in a non-breaching closure will be returned as described in clause 11.1 above. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
popi99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice by publishing a revised document at this URL with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Services and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
